Why wait for a special occasion? The New Moon is for smooth skin, fresh sheets, and that extra bit of confidence that comes from knowing you feel good underneath it all. Finished with a touch of sparkle, just because you can, because sometimes the occasion is simply you.
What to expect
We'll start with a follow-up consultation to review consent forms, then move into cleansing and sugaring at your pace, with breathing techniques and pauses built in whenever you need them. From there, a soothing vagacial calms the freshly treated skin, and a vajazzle finishes the visit with a decorative touch.
Beforecare
- Let hair grow to about a quarter inch (roughly the size of a grain of rice), about 10 to 14 days without shaving.
- Gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before your appointment to help lift trapped hairs.
- Arrive with clean, bare skin, no lotions, oils, deodorant, or perfume on the area.
- Wear loose, breathable clothing to prevent irritation afterward.
- Avoid tanning and sunburn for 48 hours prior.
- Discontinue use of retinoids or chemical exfoliants on the area 7 to 14 days prior to your service.
Aftercare
- Avoid steam, saunas, swimming and hot tubs.
- Avoid heavy exercise and excessive sweating for 24 hours.
- Avoid touching or scratching the area.
- Avoid tanning and direct sunlight.
- Avoid sexual intercourse for 24 hours.
- DO wear loose, breathable clothing for the rest of the day.
- DO exfoliate after 48 hours, 2 to 3 times per week.
