Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once a service is completed, it's completed. Packages are a single visit combining more than one service, not multiple prepaid visits, so the same rule applies to a package appointment as any other.

If you need to cancel or reschedule before your appointment, only the retainer carries over, to a later date, per the cancellation policy. It is not refunded to you directly.

If something about a completed service isn't right, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right at no charge.
