Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I understand that. Here's how cancellations and reschedules work.

Effective and last updated September 5, 2026

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

With sufficient notice, your retainer will be transferred one time to a new appointment within 30 days.

Cancellations made after that window forfeit the retainer.
