Missed appointments

No-Show Policy

What counts as a no-show, and what happens to your retainer if it happens.

Effective and last updated September 5, 2026

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice forfeits the retainer in full. Future bookings will require payment in full at the time of scheduling.
